Kebbi State NGOs Urged to Register with International Partners and State Database

BIRNIN KEBBI, KEBBI STATE May 14, 2024 - The Special Adviser to the Kebbi State Governor on International Donor Agencies, Dr. Usman Buhari Ali Gwandu, has called on Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Community Based Organizations, and Private Foundations in Kebbi State to register with international organizations and the state's NGOs database. This registration will provide opportunities for collaboration, partnership, and visibility, both locally and internationally.
Dr. Gwandu made this call after attending the 2024 Europe Day event in Abuja, where he was specially invited by the European Union Head of Delegations to Nigeria and ECOWAS, Ms. Samuela Isopi.
The registration opportunities include:
- Promoting Local Response Capacity and Partnership (PLRCAP), which empowers Nigerian NGOs through training, resources, and partnerships. ((link unavailable))

Both registrations are free of charge. The state government, under the leadership of Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu), is committed to improving the state's image and partnerships with donors and partners through collaborations with international donors, multilateral cooperations, international development cooperation/agencies, and international NGOs.
